It's all about the pictures. There are some fantastic sights all around us everyday, the oddest things can make the most amazing pictures. You just have to open your eyes too see.
Oh my goodness! That is a lot of water! I hope that you weren't personally affected.
A great photo showing the problems the weather can cause. Hope you weren't badly affected!
Oh no, more devastation! I do hope you were not flooded out...My thoughts have been with all the families affected over xmas *sigh*Happy New Year :)(no. 26 on list)
Really makes you think about how devastating the weather can be x
Oh my goodness, hope you are all ok?
A great shot, but I hope no one was hurt.
Oop. Mother nature was clearly pissed about something again :( I hope everyone was OK. x
Thank you for your kind comments. We had gone to Guildford for a hot meal and warmth on Christmas Eve as we had no electricity in Godalming, we had no idea of the devastation to come.I normally park in this car park, but luckily I didn't for some reason, it was very scary watching the waters rising fearing we might be trapped, luckily we got home eventually and had a cold and hungry Christmas. We were lucky, we live on a hill so didn't flood, but I feel so terrible for everyone who had to be evacuated, the clear up continues in Godalming.
Blimey. Not the best of Christmasses for a lot of people, glad you're ok :)
How awful, what a miserable christmas for those affected.
Oh my I do hope you are ok?!
